 GOLL Farm Labor Work
                Practice:

Constant high levels of yearly worker turnover
affects farm productivity. GOLL has contracts
and agreements with government- approved
farm associations, the Catholic Church
throughout Central America and the veterans
of the armed forces of several countries
enabling us to provide a motivated,
disciplined, steady and hard-working crew of
laborers.

We use the same labor database year in and
year out ensuring that each farm receives the
same experienced farm hands who exceed
productivity norms.
Farm labor is hard labor. Pickers, for example, work
in extreme labor conditions up to 14 hours per day,
seven days a week. Their jobs are fluid, causing
them to move around the country each crop season
with uncertain start and end dates depending on
weather conditions.
