G.O.L.L.
                       Global Outsourcing Language and Logistics
GOLL has created a new program that is specifically designed to
train    teachers in their quest to become bilingual teachers in the
United States.  We have created a program that combines all
aspects of the process that a non-native speaker must go through
in order to become a bilingual teacher into one seamless
program.  We provide transcript evaluation, ESL classes, a
certification program (CP program), TOEFL preparation classes,
assistance in job placement, and visa processing.  Our service is
personable and all of the components work together towards one
common goal—helping our clients become qualified, certified
bilingual teachers.
AT GOLL APPLICANTS RECEIVE GUIDE AND ASSISTANCE WITH THE
FOLLOWING:

TRANSLATION AND EVALUATION OF UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPTS
GOLL provides a certified transcript evaluation service at a reasonable price.

ENGLISH ASSESSMENT TEST
Tests for listening, speaking, and reading comprehension. Test administered
at GOLL´s office.  Oral/Listening test administered by a GOLL ESL staff
member.

ESL GRP (Gap Reduction Program)
Provides students with the core, foundational English skills that we believe
are needed to give students the best chance at performing well on the
professional teacher licensing tests and in the CP program environment.

CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (CP)
GOLL has partnered with several U.S.-based teacher recruiting agencies to
provide a CP program that is Latino-friendly.  In addition to the online
program interface that is to be administered in the comfort of our computer
laboratory, we have augmented the program by offering extra classes in a
classroom environment with a knowledgeable teacher who will help our
students prepare for the (State)ES and PPR exams which are quite
challenging tests for even native speakers of English.

600 Hour Basic English to intermediate ESL Classes
GOLL offers a real-world dynamic English enrichment program that is
designed to freeing the ear and tongue so that comprehension and mastery
are attained as quickly possible.

ADVANCED ESL/TOEFL PREPARATION CLASSES (300+ hours)
It is now required that non-native speaking CP students take the TOEFL
exam in order to graduate from the CP program.  We allow the students to
take up to 18 months from the original enrollment date to take the TOEFL
test.  During this time, GOLL will provide an advanced ESL/TOEFL
preparation program that will focus on high-intermediate to advanced
instruction in conversation, listening, reading comprehension, and writing.

JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
GOLL has relationships with many agencies and school districts and we
promote both our program and our program´s graduates to them.  We feel
confident that the bilingual teachers that successfully complete our program
will be better prepared than bilingual teachers who go through traditional,
non-Latino accommodative CP routes.
